Preheat the oven to 375°. Remove the crusts from the bread. Pour the eggnog into a shallow pan or bowl. Dip each slice into the eggnog; shake excess liquid from the bread. Place on the Oven Crisper Basket with Teflon™ nonstick coating onto a clean work surface; bake 15 minutes until tops and bottoms are golden brown. Place back on work surface and transfer bars to a serving plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with fruit or maple syrup.
